1) "The goal of fighting disobedience is not white-knuckled obedience, rather it is freedom." That's a slightly paraphrased version of something the main teaching pastor, Matt Chandler, at my church said tonight in the new member class. Freedom, not white-knuckled obedience...so often lately I'm struck by how incredible grace is in light of the law and my inability to keep the law. Freedom calls my name.
2) The Red Sox won the World Series...yesssssssss!
